-add peppermint tea or citrus rind for extra flavor
-steep for 18-24 hours in the refrigerator
-strain and enjoy or mix with juice or lemonade

-served cold, sometimes mixed with berries or other fruits and shaken
-a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up
-Quick hot brew method: any coffee brewing system will work, usually about the same amount by volume of yerba tea as you would use coffee.
-Raspberry– lemonade -Yerba mate :
6oz of yerba mate cold brewed tea
½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen )
